Overview

The villa SUNSHINE DREAMS leaves little to be desired,
from the spacious newly built pool with waterfall on the large partially covered sun terrace with loungers, seating and a large dining table and gas barbecue grill.
In the south oriented living room is equipped with a large flat screen TV and Blu-ray players. Wireless high speed internet is available in the entire area.
The rest of the equipment leaves no wish unfulfilled. A tablet, a multiroom speaker system (Sonos) and a printer are available in house.
The house has three full bathrooms with tub, shower, toilet and Sink. Three bedrooms are equipped with queen-size beds, the master bedroom with a king-size bed. The large dining area provides seats at the table for up to 8 people. The house is large enough for two families and it is very children friendly.

Due to regulations in our community, the minimum age of the main tenant must not be less than 25 years.
House Rules
The conclusion of a written rental agreement is a prerequisite for a valid booking. We are happy to provide the agreement before booking on request.
Payment Policy
The rent is due for payment in cash or by US $ Travelers cheques when the house is handed over. Sorry we don't take Credit Cards at this moment.
Refundable Damage Deposit
Upon receipt of the deposit, the house will be reserved for the above-mentioned period. The security deposit will be paid back 2-3 weeks after the visit, if there is no damage.

At the request of the guest, the pool can be heated with an electric pool heater in addition to the existing solar heating. This will be charged with a fee of $15 per day of use.

Cancellation Policy
If the Guest wishes to cancel his/her reservation, a written notice must be provided to the Owner. Subject to timing of the cancellation, the Deposit will be refunded as follows:

75% if cancelled 90 days prior to the Check-In Date
50% if cancelled 30 days prior to the Check-In Date

Within thirty (30) days prior to the Check-In Date, all moneys paid except the Cleaning Fee and applicable sales tax are non-refundable. If a new guest is found for the cancelled period, the corresponding Rental Rate will be refunded. The Deposit will be retained as a processing fee.
